EICR in Hertfordshire
Hertfordshire combines commuter towns on the London lines, new-town housing in Stevenage, Hatfield and Welwyn, and a strong student rental market around the University of Hertfordshire.
Post-war and new-town properties often still have original or early-replacement consumer units, while period homes in St Albans, Hitchin and Hertford can show mixed-age wiring after decades of alterations. Both are common sources of C2 and C3 observations.
Whether you need a landlord EICR to meet the five-year rule, an inspection before buying or selling, or a planned fixed wire test for a workplace, our NICEIC-enrolled engineers inspect and test to BS 7671, code every observation and give you a plain-English summary with a priced remedial list.
