EICR in Suffolk
Suffolk covers Ipswich’s town-centre rentals, Bury St Edmunds and Newmarket, the Felixstowe port and logistics economy, and Heritage Coast towns such as Southwold and Aldeburgh.
Listed and timber-framed homes need sympathetic inspection routes, rural properties are often on TT earthing, and port-side warehouses and logistics hubs rely on planned fixed wire testing and thermal imaging.
Whether you need a landlord EICR to meet the five-year rule, an inspection before buying or selling, or a planned fixed wire test for a workplace, our NICEIC-enrolled engineers inspect and test to BS 7671, code every observation and give you a plain-English summary with a priced remedial list.
