EICR in Norfolk
Norfolk ranges from Norwich’s student and city-centre rentals to coastal holiday lets, rural cottages and agricultural and commercial premises across Breckland, Broadland and West Norfolk.
Rural properties often have TT earthing systems, long sub-main runs to outbuildings and older installations, all of which need careful testing. Holiday lets on the coast and the Broads benefit from an EICR even where the rented-sector rules do not strictly apply.
Whether you need a landlord EICR to meet the five-year rule, an inspection before buying or selling, or a planned fixed wire test for a workplace, our NICEIC-enrolled engineers inspect and test to BS 7671, code every observation and give you a plain-English summary with a priced remedial list.
